Thank you for your interest in applying for our market. Please complete the application below. Acceptances are not based on first come, first serve; we do try to prevent category overlap. Our goal is to curate a market that our shoppers will find a unique range of products and services. 

I am interested in the following 10x 6 booth for:
I understand Little Hearts Markets discloses all food sale vendors to the Public Health Department prior to each event. An updated food inspection report will be required from each food vendor.
I understand that my vendor fee is non-refundable and my spot is not confirmed until payment is received.
I understand Little Hearts Markets is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods. I understand I must abide by the set-up instructions which are sent out 1 week prior to the event.
I understand as the vendor, I am responsible for providing my own table, floorlength tablecloth, decor, etc. needed for my display. I am responsible for set-up + take down of my booth.
I understand I am to remain fully operational and set-up for the full duration of the event.
I understand if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather or due to unforeseen circumstances, the vendor fee will roll over as a credit, as it is non-refundable.
I understand it is a collective effort to promote and advertise this event, and it is the responsibility of all participants to do their part.
I understand one vendor/business is permitted per booth. I am not permitted to display or sell items from another business.
*ADD-ON* Would you like to have your logo, a product image & social media handle on our event window decals at the entrance of the event all weekend long for $45+HST?
