Imagine this: Two hot sunny days filled with the best Egyptian food, live music,  kids zone & playground, raffle, door prizes & penny sale, plus a local marketplace with over 45+ incredible artisans.

Thank you for your interest in applying for our festival event.

Please complete the application below. Acceptances are not based on first come, first serve.  We do factor in social media presence & overall booth aesthetics. Our goal is to curate an event that our shoppers will find a unique range of

products and services. 

Please choose what option you are interested in:
I understand a tent & stakes/weights are required and I am responsible for all materials for my booth.
I understand that no hot food vendors are permitted at this event. Venue is sole hot food seller.
I understand my vendor fee is non-refundable and event proceeds rain or shine.
I understand it is a collective effort to advertise for the market.
I understand I must remain fully operational during the full duration of the market day.
(2 day vendors): At end of market day, tents may remain up, however booth contents will be required to be taken down and set back up the following day. No overnight security is on site.
I understand obtaining vendor event insurance is mandatory and proof will be required 2 weeks prior to the event to participate (try DUUO).
I understand Little Hearts Markets discloses all food sale vendors to the Public Health Department prior to each event. An updated Kitchen Inspection Report will be required.
I understand set-up instructions will be emailed two weeks prior to the event, and I must abide by all the instructions.
I understand Little Hearts Markets is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods. I understand I must abide by the set-up instructions which are sent out 1 week prior to the event. I understand if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather or due to unforeseen circumstances, the vendor fee will roll over as a credit, as it is non-refundable.
I understand Little Hearts will represent inclusion for all, however any slander or negative comments against other vendors or your hosts will not be permitted, and will result in your banning from participating in future events.
Each vendor will receive a $15 food voucher at the market; courtesy of the church.
**DEPOSIT** Would you like to hold your spot with a non-refundable $100 deposit, and pay full balance by April 25? Please note, this can not be used as a credit if plans change and you can no longer attend. You will forfeit your deposit.
